Team - I wanted to give a shout out to Bryan and Marc for the jumping out of the box - and doing all the things we agreed upon
at our last 2 meetings - to raise the bar on site visits. Classic example here, of how they put on a show, stood out ...scripted and
executed a site - that was designed to show our desire, creativity and enthusiasm, in a fun - quirky way - to book business!

Here's the low-down. XANGO -- 2400 Rooms, 2010 biz. Multi Level Company . Us and Gaylord. We are going to STEAL!

Ok - fun, huh? For the site- Bryan and Marc crafted the same theme, and the idea was to show XANGO we are in tune with their business
and used the same fun, whimsical video style - to set the stage for the site.

How did it flow ? We met the clients in the lobby, and Marc apologized that Bryan was running late .. then, we brought them down to the
Hello Florida showroom..

Marc said ..I'm sorry Bryan is not here ..but promises to join shortly. In the meantime, let's all have a toast.
He asked the Banquet Server if he had the XANGO juice ...to our surprise
the juice was gone. We made a big bravado - who stole the juice!

Again, the client looked like they caught us off guard, and not prepared. At that moment, the video screens, in the Hello
Florida office lights up - and here's Bryan, on the screen with this urgent message !

Take a look -- at the video ... it was fun to see the clients, facial cues, smiles and surprise at what happened next!

Team - the moral - it's not enough to be different - you have to STAND OUT. Lets let the comp set show rooms, and space. We tell a story, we orchestrate,
and we jump out of the box to show our creativity . We will continue to do this - and the buzz at World Center is to continue to re-invent the site process and
do what ever it takes, to have clients want to do business with us; due to our efforts, and creativity.

Great Job Bryan and Marc. This is the out of the box! The bar is set!
