Orlando Based New Media Marketing Company Partners with the JW Marriott Las Vegas.

Orlando, Florida — May 12, 2011 —

Your Brand Voice, Inc. An Orlando based new media marketing company founded to support the hospitality industry and help them explore today’s interactive, online and mobile marketing opportunities; today announced the have been selected to provide social media support to the JW Marriott Las Vegas.

“Today’s business is built on relationships, and it is our belief that the relationship you have with your existing clients is most important. We believe our experience with Marriott had a lot to do with us earning this business in Las Vegas. We are very excited to enter the Las Vegas market with such an amazing partner like the JW Marriott Las Vegas,” said Bruce.

Bruce, whose company handles the social media marketing for the Orlando Marriott World Center and all of the internet marketing for a number Marriott golf courses is aligning himself once again with one of the top hotel brands in the world.

“I spent many years working for Marriott and I always enjoyed the people, the culture and their products. Your Brand Voice has always been focused on aligning ourselves with the very best businesses and in hospitality nobody is better than Marriott. The Las Vegas property is primed for social media and we are so very excited to help them spread their message on all of the new media channels.”

As former Marriott Sales Executive, Bruce started using Facebook to find business several years ago. “After the fiasco with the AIG executives perceived to be taking frivolous business trips to vacation destinations, leads generated by traditional marketing slowed down to a trickle. It was critical you look and find business anywhere you could. I quickly turned to the internet, especially social networks and learned the sooner businesses could start generating leads using Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms the faster then could separate from the competition.”

In May 2010 Bruce left Marriott to create his new company Your Brand Voice. “We created Your Brand Voice because we felt there was an opportunity in this under serviced niche in hospitality marketing. Bringing social media together with other aspects of our internet marketing strategy is the value we bring our clients.”

Your Brand Voice will manage the Las Vegas properties Facebook and Twitter campaigns. Also as part of their agreement, they will also provide local and mobile marketing support and provide reputation management services. Bruce adds, “A single negative review can drive away a multitude of potential customers. Your Brand Voice helps clients positively influence online conversations about their brand by showing them not only how to interpret and respond to feedback generated by past guests on review sites, but more importantly teach them how to connect with customers using social networks. By doing this we engage and influence their future buying decisions.”

His first client, the largest Marriott in the world and developed their first ever social media strategy that so successful the company was applauded in an article in the Wall Street Journal for their creative use of social media. “It was at that point,” said Bruce, “that I decided to start my own business using my relationship and love for Marriott as my path.”

When asked what if a competing hotel company was to call him tomorrow to market some properties in Orlando and Las Vegas, Bruce smiled, “We would have to turn down their business.”
