Meetings Technology

We hope you are reading this because you have an interest in meetings technology. We are passionate about meetings, but even more passionate about the tools and technologies available that bring more value for our clients and our business.

HPN Global has always been first movers when it comes to meeting technologies, not only to better our own business, but technologies which also help our customer’s business objectives. HPN Global was founded to be different with the objective to be nothing like our competition- to think differently and to be the best.

It began with a proprietary global sourcing technology that enables HPN Global associates around the world to access on a daily basis. This tool provides our associates the ability to source meeting and event specs to any property in the world that has meeting space and quickly consolidate the data on a single platform. The speed and efficiency of this tool enables our clients to price multiple markets, patterns or dates without fear of delay or additional work. Our customers are free to request the data and we deliver it quickly so they can make the right buying decisions.

Last year with the explosion of the social networks and their adoption into the business community, HPN Global began to test the waters of an enterprise level social network. An internal HPN Global social network that looks and feels like Facebook, but all business and only available to our associates. This tool allows our network to communicate quickly and efficiently in real time data about our business. From safety and security of a given destination to very recent meeting experiences shared about a hotel in Croatia or Detroit. Hospitality Performance Network Global uses this environment to best leverage our global network so we can put the information in the hands of our clients quickly.

A quick example of how this tool works: A client requests a hotel in San Francisco and we immediately activate availability and pricing at all capable hotels in the Bay Area. Within 24 hours results of our search begin to appear in our system and quickly we are starting to see our targeted short list. This short list then goes out to the HPN Global network for any recent feedback or information related to these properties. Each conversation is archived and fully searchable so our associates can easily find what they need from the company's knowledge base. Files, Links, and Images are easily uploaded and shared with co-workers, groups, and our entire company.

What does every conference have in common? Every conference it doesn’t matter where you are in the world has something in common. You see attendees everywhere buried in their mobile phones or tablet devices. Mobile Meeting Apps are changing the way people meet and attend conferences. For the most efficient attendee with the proper meetings mindset, a mobile meeting app solution and strategy is a requirement. Mobile meeting apps allow the event organizers to establish a communication channel with their attendee that before smartphones was never available. There is an estimate 270,000 large meetings per year in the US, of which 60,000 will have a mobile solution by 2012. Globally by 2013, an estimated 200,000 meetings will require a mobile meeting application. HPN Global educates each and every one of our associates on this technology so when our clients business objectives are ready to implement, we are there to assist. We believe strongly that mobile meeting apps are best implemented by people who understand meetings. As a full service meetings services group with a strategic partnership with QuickMobile, the leader in mobile meeting app development, HPN Global is a different kind of third party.

We want to hear from you and discuss your event and how our meetings technology solutions might work for you. Take the next step and gives us your name so we can chat and learn about your meeting technology opportunities. When we chat, you won’t get a sales pitch, just a friendly and lively discussion about meetings technology.

Regards,

Bryan Bruce
